feat: connectivity test view, inventory dividers, hostname validation, README ... 0bbc318802

- Add Test configurations menu with ping/TCP/SSH probes and colored table
- Group inventory by private/public/unresolved with optional ASCII dividers
- Add --no-divider/--no-dividers; pause after probe output before menu refresh
- Validate SSH hostnames and ports; CGNAT check without unstable APIs
